Novia Chang has successfully managed marketing and public relations efforts for public agencies and public/private partnerships. Highlights of her career include her work for the city of Homestead as Public Information Officer, for The Beacon Council (Miami-Dade’s economic development partnership) as Communications Manager, and for one of the country’s largest transit agencies, Miami-Dade Transit, as a consultant managing community outreach efforts.

Novia is a graduate of Florida A&M University’s School of Journalism with a degree in public relations. When not working, she loves spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
